But we cannot make sure that life is perfect as we all know it can sometimes be unpredictable. If there is a defect with the material or workmanship of your Pakuma™ bag, we will be happy to replace it for you. If your bag is damaged in the course of life's journey due to normal wear and tear you may not be covered under our warranty.
