Give your Kindle street cred

The transfers are printed to an excellent standard with sharp outlines and vibrant but realistic colours. Straightforward to apply. Peel off the backing paper and smooth down onto the Kindle. The cut outs for the buttons on the front and the speakers on the back are very accurate and the transfers mould well to the curves of the device. It is possible to reposition and so best not to press the transfers in place too firmly to begin with. Clean everything first and make sure you aren't in a dusty area. It took 5 minutes at most to get a very good result.

They transform the look of the Kindle, brightening it up, individualising it and turning it into a real talking point. The bookshop design seemed appropriate and it looks very good. The design on the frame doesn't distract the eye from reading and the back looks fantastic. They'll provide some additional protection against scratches but they are not "protective" in any other sense. Long term durability remains to be seen. Inevitably, there is an "edge" to the transfers, even though they are very thin. Once the edge gets caught and lifts off it may be the beginning of the end. Careful handling and a case will help a lot.
