Asus is releasing new models of the Asus Eee PC so fast that many are having trouble keeping up. The latest Asus Eee PC 1000 with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU, 2GB RAM, 40GB SSD storage and up to 7.8hr battery life is a mouth-watering machine. I’m not sure who makes the Asus Eee PC SSD drives. However, I believe that both Super Talent and Buffalo manufacture compatible SSD’s in mini PCI-Express card format. Hope this helps.
